- Make sure the headset is properly connected to the headset jack on the back of the base unit
- Press "Options" button on base unit
- Select Option 2 for "Preferences"
- Select Option 5 for "Set Audio"
- Select Option 1 for "Audio Mode"
- Select “Speaker/Headset” option then "Done"
- Press "Goodbye" key to exit or return to main screen
