This article will help new Users get started with Aptela service.

Log into my.aptela.com and change your default password and Voicemail PIN. Check your email for your login credentials
Record your Name Prompt and Voicemail Greeting
Set up your Find Me List if you wish to have your mobile or another landline number ring when your extension is dialed
Download and print out the Calling Guide specific to your phone model
- This step assumes that your SIP phone is configured to you and that you are able to make and receive calls.
- If you are unable to make/receive calls, contact your internal Account Administrator.
