Voicemail PIN

The Voicemail PIN enables the user to navigate the Aptela voicemail menu to access new voicemail messages or setup/change the voicemail greeting and name prompt.  The default Voicemail PIN is set by the account administrator. 

To change the Voicemail PIN:
  1. Log into my.aptela.com
  2. Click My Account from the navigation bar
  3. Click on the My Info tab
  4. Under “General Settings” section, change your Voicemail PIN

Notes:
  • The Voicemail PIN for Department extensions can only be changed by the department manager and account administrator by logging into my.aptela.com, clicking on the Departments tab then selecting the extension
  • The Voicemail PIN for Voicemail extensions can only be changed by the account administrator by logging into my.aptela.com, clicking on the Other Extensions tab then selecting the extension
