Drop in the Aptela Directory Gadget into your personalized iGoogle page to provide one-click calling to your colleagues. Here’s how:

Download & Use the Gadget

1. Go to http://www.google.com/ig/directory or click on “Add Stuff” in your iGoogle home page
2. Scan down the left side of the page until you see Add feed or gadget and then click on the link
3. Enter  http://www.aptela.com/gadgets/directory.xml
4. Click OK in the warning box
5. Go to your iGoogle home page
6. Look for the Company Directory gadget
7. Enter your company’s Client ID
8. Use the search box find a colleague
9. Click on the phone icon next to the extension to initiate a call

The tool will pop-up a box asking for your name and phone number. Your name will be used in the Caller ID for your colleague. Then the gadget will call you first. When you answer, Aptela will ring your colleague’s extension.
