The Aptela mobile portal is available from any mobile device with data and web browsing services enabled.

To access Aptela mobile:

• Open the web browser on your phone or device
• Enter http://m.aptela.com
• Enter your Client ID, username and password
• Click login

Features:
Voicemail

• See all new voicemails in a list
• Click the play icon to play voicemails
• Click "call voicemail" to call into the voicemail system and listen to all voicemails at once
• Click on a phone number to return the call

Find Me List

• View your Find Me List
• Click on a number in your Find Me List to enable or disable it

Company Phonebook

• View your company phone book to look up extension numbers
• Click on an extension to initiate a call

NOTE: This tool is only available to accounts on Aptela's v.5.0 platform or above.
