Similar to the one-to-one paging, this is a one-to-many feature where one person can initiate a call to all members of a department at the same time.

1. Press 2
2. Press *
3. Enter the extension of the department

You will hear ringing on your SIP phone. The department members will hear a beep and then their phone will auto-answer with the speakerphone engaged. You are now automatically connected and can speak to all department members at the same time.

• Paging only connects to SIP phones. If you try to page someone who has a mobile phone or analog phone, you will get an error message (and they will not be connected)
• Not all SIP phones can auto-answer (Polycom and Cisco (SPA300 & SPA500) phones have been tested)
• Softphones will not auto-answer, but they will ring and can be answered
• Paging calls are actually a conference and you may notice conference-like behavior. One example is i you are the last person to hang up, you will hear "You are the only member of this conference" followed by hold music
