Want to speed up accessing voicemail? Enable certain phones that you use to access voicemail to automatically log into your voicemail. We call this Pinless voicemail because when you call into voicemail, you will not be prompted to enter your 4-digit PIN.

To set this up, edit your Find Me List:

1. Log into Aptela
2. You will see the User Dashboard
3. Look for the Find Me List module
4. Click Edit in the title bar of that module
5. Select a phone in your list and click the edit icon
6. Or select Add New
7. The last item "Pinless Voicemail" should be checked if you wish to not enter your PIN when accessing voicemail from this phone
