- If using local power and not Power over Ethernet (POE), verify that the power outlet that the phone is plugged into has power.
- If there are multiple phones on site of the same model, swap out the power supplies to determine if the problem is with the power supply or the phone itself.
- Try moving the phone to an outlet where another phone is known to work to further rule out the possibility of a bad power outlet.
