Try our quick troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
- Log into your user account at my.aptela.com.
- Confirm that you do not have new voicemail messages for your user extension:
- Click on History at the top of the page.
- Click on the Voicemail tab.
- If you are a department manager, confirm that you do not have any new department voicemails:
- Click on Home at the top of the page.
- Go to the Department Dashboard (double click the department in bottom right of page).
- Click on History at the top of the page.
- Click on Voicemail tab.
- Do this for each department you are a manager of.
- After confirming that you do not have new voicemail messages, unplug your phone for 10 second then plug it in again.
