For a quality VoIP experience, Aptela strongly recommends using the Cisco IP Series or Polycom SoundPoint phones.
We understand that the IP phone market is quickly evolving, providing businesses with a wide range of options. The Aptela network is based on open standards and is uniquely suited to work with a wide range of open source phones. Because customer network environments are different and hardware options are endless, Aptela cannot provide detailed troubleshooting and support for every manufacturer and model available to you.
The below list classifies popular manufacturers and models based on customer feedback. Associated documentation is based on our real-world experience with the phones as configured by our customers. Because we are not experts on every model, we cannot guarantee easy or successful configuration or resolution for troubleshooting issues.
