- Aptela stores call records for up to six months.
- You can access call records from the User Dashboard, Department Dashboard or the Reports feature.
- If you need call history for more than six months ago, your account administrator can request a "Call Detail Record" (CDR). Click here to learn more.
Media Files
- Aptela stores media files for up to 90 days.
- Media files include voicemails, call recordings and faxes sent and received. Failed faxes are removed after 7 days.
- Once the media file is removed, the call record will remain accessible within call history and reports.
- Once voicemails are deleted by a user or administrator, the audio files are no longer accessible from your Aptela account.
