NOTE: Aptela features, including the Aptela Anywhere Menu and Call Recording, are not available for calls that are transferred to non-Aptela phone numbers via the “no answer destination."
- Log into Aptela
- Click on My Account in the main navigation
- Click on the Call Preferences tab
- Under Inbound Calling, select the option "Forward to Phone Number"
- Enter your mobile phone number here
- Check the box for "No Transfer Audio"
What is "No Transfer Audio"?
The transfer audio will announce to the caller that they are being transfered to another phone number. Meaning, after the last number on your Find Me List rings, your caller will hear "Transfering to another number. " If you check the box to not play this audio, then the caller will just hear ringing.
