Directory Assistance (411) calls are billed at a rate of $1.99 per call. This is a flat fee with no per-minute charges.

If you wish to block the ability to make Directory Assistance calls, the administrator can do this from the Admin Portal.

1. Login to Aptela with the administrator login
2. Click the My Account in the main navigation
3. Click the General Settings tab
4. Uncheck the box for 411 Enabled
