Smart Find Me Lists (SFML) deliver the ultimate in control over how you want others to contact you.

The Find Me List (FML) allows you to define how all incoming calls are routed or forwarded to you. Smart Find Me Lists allow you to create a unique Find Me List for a designated contact, colleague (other user extensions) or for department calls.

To set up a Smart Find Me List:

1. Log into Aptela
2. Locate the Find Me List section of your User Dashboard and click Options
   • Smart Lists use the phones listed in your default Find Me List.
   • Smart Lists also follow the active/inactive status of phones in your default Find Me List.
3. Select Manage Smart Lists
4. Click the button Add a Smart List
5. Choose the type of user for this smart list: 
   
   • A User - colleague
   • A Department
   • A Contact  - be sure the contact contains all of the phone numbers that this person may call you from
6. Choose the phones that you wish to ring
   
   • Select a phone and click Remove to remove the phones that you do not want to be called
   • Click on a phone and drag it up or down the list to change the order in which they are called
7. Choose to have all calls "all at once" or ring "one at a time"
8. Click Save

Now all calls from the contact, colleague or department will follow the rules of your SFML.
REMEMBER:  Follow Me and Do Not Disturb will override your primary FML and all SFMLs until they are disabled.
