Forgot Password
If you forgot your Aptela account password, go to the login page and click Forgot your password under the Log In button. Complete the Password Request form using your company email address. Aptela will email you a new temporary password. The next time you log into your account, you will be required to change the password to something else.If you do not receive a password within 3 minutes, please check your Spam folder.
Unable to complete the form?

- Users: refer to your account admin who can reset the password for you.
- Admins: submit an account change ticket, and Aptela will send a new temporary password for the admin account to the administrator’s email address on file. The next time you log into the admin account, you will be required to change the password to something else.
Forgot User Name
- Users: refer to your account administrator who will be able to provide it to you.
- Admins: submit an account change ticket. Aptela will reset your password and send an email to the administrator's email address with the username and a temporary password. The next time you log into the admin account, you will be required to change the password to something else.
Forgot Client ID
- Users: refer to your account admin who will be able to provide it to you.
- Admins: call in to Aptela Support.
Forgot Administrator Security Answer
Only admins have a security question and answer. The security answer is used to verify that the requestor has authority to make account changes or to receive proprietary information. To verify or change your account's security answer:
- Log in to Aptela with the administrator login credentials
- Click on the My Account tab in the main navigation
- Click on the General Settings tab
- Select a new security question
