The account administrator can access any user's account from the admin account.
To log into a user's account:
- Log into Aptela as the admin: my.aptela.com
- You will be defaulted to the Users tab of the Extensions page
- Click on the user's name
- Click the Login As button. This will open the user's account in a new window

Reasons you may log into a user's account:
- Assist users with account troubleshooting or changes
- Modify users' settings on their behalf (e.g. Find Me List, Voicemail Notifications)
- Access, download, or delete users' call history
- Review users' account settings
- Access the department dashboard
- Quick access to your own personal user account
