To view and/or print previous invoices for your account, the Account Administrator will need to log into the Aptela Admin Portal (my.aptela.com) and click "Billing" from the navigation bar. Invoice history remains available for 12 months.
For your convenience, Aptela will continue to send your monthly invoice to the billing contact on your account. As a reminder, automatic payments are processed on the second business day after the invoices have been emailed to the billing contact.
