What Are the Different Invoice Types that I Receive from Aptela?

When Aptela sends you a bill the first three characters of invoice number help explain the type of service or product included on the invoice. The list of invoice types is as follows:
  • CRA:  is a credit memo for correcting billing errors or compensate for service issues.
  • CRC:  is a one-time invoice for custom recording projects, after hours support, third party phone configuration and / or other professional services.
  • INV:  is a monthly invoice for standard recurring services.  Includes user and service fees billed in advance, prior period adjustments including telephony usage and applicable taxes and regulatory recovery fees.
  • NRC:  is a one-time invoice for account activation & hardware purchases for new customer accounts.
  • RMA:  is a credit memo for the authorized return of hardware.
  • UHW:  is a one-time invoice for the purchase of additional hardware.
