DSL Lines
Aptela’s VoIP service requires the use of the Internet.  Porting of your DSL line will result in the disconnect of your internet service by your current provider and you will not be able to use the VoIP services.

Electronic Fax Numbers
As an alternative, Aptela offers an electronic fax solution that is similar to other electronic fax services. If you would like to learn more about our solution, please feel free to call an Aptela Client Service Representative.

Remote Call Forwarded Numbers
If you are currently using "Remote Call Forwarding" (RCF) with your existing carrier and would like to port the number to Aptela, your existing carrier must first change the forwarding number into a regular phone number. RCF numbers are not associated with a physical address and cannot port to Aptela. This change must be done prior to submitting the porting request to Aptela.
