• You want calls to go to another one of your personal phones (e.g., cell phone) or a colleague's phone if you can't take the call.
• You want unanswered calls to try another destination but go to your "no answer destination."

To add a number or extension to your Find Me List:

1. Log into Aptela as the user: my.aptela.com
2. Click Home at the top of the page.
3. Locate the Find Me List pane within the User Dashboard.
4. Click on the Options link.
5. Click Add New Entry.
6. Enter a Name.
7. Select a Destination Type:
   • Choose External Number to forward to a 10-digit number.  Then type in the phone number when the field is presented.
   • Choose Another User's Phone to forward to a colleague's extension.  Then select the colleague from the picklist when it is displayed.
8. Click Save.
